Xiaomi MiMo Trillion Token Incentive Program Application Tutorial (Includes AI Prompts, Easy for Beginners to Claim)

The Xiaomi MiMo Orbit Trillion Token Creator Incentive Program is a large-scale Token benefit launched by the Xiaomi MiMo team alongside the release of the MiMo-V2.5 series. From April 28, 2026, until 00:00 on May 28, a total of 100 trillion Tokens will be distributed over 30 days.

It took me about two hours to reach the Pro tier and get 700 million Credits for free. The review seems to be AI-based; I submitted late at night, received the email at 00:07 AM, and saw the reward distributed around 00:20 AM. This tutorial documents my application process and AI prompts. Just follow the steps without overthinking.

Application Process

1. Register on the MiMo Open Platform

Visit Xiaomi Account (Click to jump). You can register with a phone number or directly log in with an existing Xiaomi account.
After registering, bind an email address. If you already have an account, confirm that an email is bound.

This email will later be used to receive the approval notification. Ensure the email is the same on both the Open Platform and your Xiaomi account; otherwise, you cannot claim the benefits.

2. Access the Application Form

Visit https://100t.xiaomimimo.com, click "Apply Now," and fill out the form:

  1. Your Email
Enter the email you used to log in/register.

  2. Your Frequently Used AI Development/Agent Tools
Choose any here, such as Claude Code, Cursor, or other familiar programming tools.

  3. Current Primary Underlying Model Series
Select the ones you are familiar with, like Claude, DeepSeek, GPT, etc.

  4. Please Describe the Specific Results You Have Built Using Agents or AI-Driven Development
For this, I have prepared a prompt. You can use Codex or another AI programming tool, navigate into your project (if you don't have one, you can clone a project with not too many stars and enter that project), copy and paste this prompt, and let it generate project-specific copy. The prompt is as follows:

You are a seasoned Developer Relations (DevRel) expert and AI project application consultant. I need to apply for the "Xiaomi Trillion Token Plan." Please scan the current local project directory (focus on README, configuration files, and core business code) and, based on the real project architecture you see, generate an application copy for me.

【Core Action】
Please extract the core business direction of the current project yourself and write the copy by combining real scenarios where the developer used AI tools (such as AI-assisted programming workflows or AI Agent features integrated into the project itself) during the project's construction and maintenance.

【Official Required Elements】
1. The core pain point the project solves.
2. The core logic flow (must clearly indicate whether the workflow includes: long-chain reasoning, multi-agent collaboration, tool calling, automated execution, etc.).
3. Specific implementation results or expected data (must include real Token consumption estimates, efficiency improvement ratios, or manual time savings).

【Official Reference Example】
"I built an automated codebase refactoring Agent based on OpenClaw. It can automatically scan technical debt in existing code, generate refactoring PRs according to the latest architectural standards, and automatically run unit tests for closed-loop verification. It has been deployed in a 20-person backend team at my company, consuming about 5 million Tokens daily, improving code standard assessment efficiency by 80%."

【Language and Tone Setting】(Extremely Important!!!)
1. The style must be authentic, restrained, professional, and down-to-earth, reflecting a real engineering development or business implementation process.
2. Absolutely avoid heavy "AI-flavored" promotional language (e.g., "empower," "reshape the ecosystem," "explore the future"), and strictly prohibit exaggerated exclamation marks.
3. Must be based on a summary of the real project code you scanned; strictly prohibit fabricating non-existent features or unrelated tech stacks.

【Final Output Format】
Please directly output the following two versions without any extra preface or explanation:

### Version 1: Official Concise Version (Strictly Aligned with the Example)
【Requirements】Strictly control between 150-300 words, must be **a single paragraph of plain text** (absolutely no paragraphs, no line breaks, no Markdown lists or subheadings).
【Content Structure】One sentence introducing the project's positioning and pain point + one sentence breaking down the core AI logic flow (highlighting long-chain reasoning or tool calling) + one sentence summarizing implementation results and Token consumption estimates.

### Version 2: Structured Detailed Version
【Requirements】Control between 400-500 words, with natural paragraphs.
- First paragraph: Summarize what the scanned project does, who the target users are, and what core pain points were encountered in regular development or business scenarios.
- Second paragraph: Detail the AI process (whether AI-assisted programming or AI embedded in the project). Explain how the large model performs intent recognition, cross-file/module long-chain reasoning, or calls external APIs/local terminal tools to complete the loop.
- Third paragraph: Quantify implementation data. Estimate daily/monthly Token consumption based on project scale, and state the efficiency improvement. Finally, add plans for using more Token quota on which types of more complex, high-frequency, long-context reasoning tasks within the project.
  1. Usage Proof and Influence Proof (Submission can improve evaluation pass rate/token plan quota/bonus amount)

For this, I provided them with my DeepSeek bill and a Codex screenshot.

For the GitHub project link, I also gave them the link to my open-source project. However, if you don't have an open-source project link, you can provide someone else's link as well.

3. Submit and Wait

After filling out the form, click submit and wait. It usually doesn't take long; the review is fast. As I mentioned at the beginning, it might take just ten or twenty minutes before they email you. Some people have waited a day or two for notification. Applications for the Max tier might involve manual review, which could take longer, so be patient. If you haven't received an approval email within three days, you can reapply.

After receiving the email, visit Xiaomi MiMo Open Platform Subscription Management to view your gifted quota. I applied for the Pro tier, receiving 700 million Credits. If consistently using MiMo-V2.5-Pro, this converts to about 350 million Tokens, which feels like enough for five days of intensive use for me.
